AlOOH is γ－ Al2O3 precursor, with its unique chemical, optical and mechanical properties, has been widely used in the fields of ceramic materials, composites, surface protective layer materials, optical materials, catalysts and carrier materials, semiconductor materials and coatings. The results showed that the optimum hydrolysis temperature was 85 ~ 90 ℃, the hydrothermal treatment temperature was 200 ℃ and the treatment time was three hours.
