Boehmite belongs to biconical point group in orthorhombic system. It is white crystal. Boehmite is a positive biaxial crystal.

The results showed that the optimum hydrolysis temperature was 85 ~ 90 ℃, the hydrothermal treatment temperature was 200 ℃ and the treatment time was three hours.
